Jymmyca Wyatt, PhD, JD
Principal Consultant
Dr. Wyatt leads project strategy, client coordination, grant and program consulting, research and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, legal and regulatory analysis, and quality review. Her interdisciplinary background in educational leadership and law informs an evidence-based approach to organizational effectiveness, public-sector consulting, compliance, facilitation, and decision-ready reporting.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.), Faulkner University (2026), with extensive experience supporting public-sector, education, and community-focused organizations.
- Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University (2014), Master's in Education Administration from Troy University (2010), and Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia (2004).
- Certified in Legal Essentials, Project Management, and Data Analytics through Cornell University (2020).
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS® since 2021.
- Graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and participant in the Henry County Community Leadership Academy cohort.
- More than 20 years of leadership experience spanning higher education, workforce development, grant administration, community engagement, and public-sector consulting.
- Led the development and administration of more than $150 million in grant funding supporting education, workforce, and community development initiatives.
- Invited presenter at Boston University School of Law, speaking on leveraging grant funding to advance community engagement and measurable community impact.
